Proposed Lease Variation to Equestrian Facilities 65 Victoria Street

The ACT Government has provided notification of a request for variation of the lease to add 'minor use' to the Crown Lease purpose clause for Block 8 Section 23 65 Victoria St Hall - the equestrian facilities.
Although this is only a requested lease variation to include 'minor use' the anticipated 'minor use' addition is to instal a 'large format battery on existing equestrian park'.
