'Equalife' our own local yoga teachers, have a special offer for all of Hall.
Until July 10, they are offering a free class to anyone who lives or works in Hall. Fliers have been sent out this week that offer a free 'taster' to the community.
You can go to the Equalife website to select a class of your choice - Power or Yin yoga, or their children could try Kids yoga. All complimentary until July 10.
Equalife have some new classes starting at 6am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The local 'tradies' have got together and decided they needed something before work, to start their day. It's a predominantly male class, and Justine says "..its great to see!"
