Hall School Site - community meeting 23 March

18 March 2014

To Residents of the Village of Hall and District/Members of the Progress Association.

As you may know, for some months the Village of Hall and District Progress Association has been working again on the future of the Hall Primary School site. The most important part of this work is to engage the community.

On Sunday 23 March the Association will hold a public meeting on the issue from 3-4pm in the office building on the site.

In order to inform residents we have produced a discussion paper and a site plan with some preliminary thoughts for discussion. (The plan also identifies the venue for the meeting.) Also attached is a proposal for a child care centre provided to us by Louise and Ben Mason for discussion.

We look forward to seeing you at the meeting and then at 'Roses de Picardie' the 6th Annual Twilight Concert by Canberra Brass, supported by Victoria Street Brass and soloist Diana Tulip in the School grounds. The Museum will also be open.

Following meeting we would also be pleased to receive any further written feed back up until Friday 11 April.
